Premier Pool Management LLC was organized in New Jersey in 2025 around a straightforward goal: provide pool facilities with a high level of care and management from staffing through maintenance and repairs.

Today, Premier supports commercial and residential clients across Central and South Jersey, with larger commercial contracts considered outside the core service area.

Up to $5M umbrella coverage. Documentation can be provided for contracting and facility requirements.

Training & leadership

Operational experience supported by industry training.

Premier's leadership has completed pool operations training, and lifeguards are required to hold current American Red Cross credentials.

Pool Director TrainingGarret Branagh completed POM Pool Director Training; the provided credential is valid through June 2029.

Pool Operator EducationChris Trueland completed the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Pool Operator Primer in March 2024.

Red Cross LifeguardsPremier requires lifeguards to maintain current American Red Cross credentials.
